W.M. Jordan Company provided construction management at risk services to add housing for the growing Greek organizations on CNU’s campus. Phase I included four new, 9,500 square foot, three story fraternity houses. The houses feature different floor plans and unique exterior architectural features. Greek Village serves third- and fourth-year residents who are members of three sororities and one fraternity on campus.
