W.M. Jordan has proudly had a Supplier Diversity program for over 20 years. The goal of W. M. Jordan’s Supplier Diversity & Inclusion program is to promote diversity and inclusion of small, women-owned, minority-owned (SWaM), veteran-owned businesses and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses for our various projects.  Our team also works with SWaM trade partners and suppliers to help grow their companies to be sustainable within the construction industry.

Our Supplier Diversity program is led by Supplier Diversity & Inclusion Manager, Farrah Massenburg. Farrah has a passion advocating for our SWaM trade partners that goes beyond the requirements of our jobs. She works to help grow these small businesses, and in turn grow their communities.

W. M. Jordan Company also prides itself on being certified with the V3 Program: Virginia Values Veterans. This gives us the opportunity work with Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses on our projects. Our training and experience in this enables W. M. Jordan Company to follow best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining highly-skilled and dependable veterans.

Additionally, since 2005 W. M. Jordan Company has fostered many mentor/protegee relationships with a variety of companies across Virginia and the Carolinas. In this program W. M. Jordan collaborates with and provides resources to smaller firms.
