                                   W. M. Jordan’s newest L.I.F.T. Graduates

Last month, W. M. Jordan Company celebrated our newest graduating class from our L.I.F.T. (Lead, Inspire, Facilitate and Transform) Program. Congratulations to Brandon Armstrong, Warren Harvey, Eddie Hidalgo, Clint Patman, Ted Rother, Brooks Taylor, Rivers Kelley, Shane McClenahan, Murphy Kerner, Justin Fowler, Mike Depp and Seth Speight!

This leadership development course spans ten months and includes employees selected by management that have been with the company for 2-5 years. Participants include project managers, field superintendents, building system engineers, estimators and operations team members.

The L.I.F.T. Program focuses on developing leadership skills such as communication, conflict resolution, team building, motivation, delegation and decision making. Students track how they apply what they learn in their professional role and review their findings at each session.

Patty Hawkins, owner of EXCELERATE Leadership Training Organization, facilitates this program for W. M. Jordan. She brings over 25 years of management, facilitation and executive coaching experience to our students.

Started in 2005, the goal of the L.I.F.T. program was to build future leaders within W. M. Jordan. Many of W. M. Jordan’s current leaders are L.I.F.T. alumni, including President Ron Lauster.

At W. M. Jordan, we believe creating better leaders creates a better company. Continued education, along with additional learning and professional development opportunities ensures our employees have access to programs that help them continue to grow professionally and personally.

We look forward to seeing what our newest L.I.F.T. graduates can accomplish!
