With over three decades of construction experience and an engineer’s mind for problem solving, Mark approaches project planning, scheduling, and coordination to leverage human and capital resources for successful, profitable outcomes. As a project executive, he focuses on providing exemplary customer experiences for specific clients in central Virginia and North Carolina. Mark joined W. M. Jordan Company in 2004 as a Project Manager. He has managed a number of unique projects including the
Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) Training Complex at Fort AP Hill, higher education housing including the
Virginia Commonwealth University GRC I & II, a 1,500 bed residence hall and the renovation and additions of Keswick Hall in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is certified in Contractor’s Quality Control and Advanced Management. His award-winning projects include a conversion of the historic Central National Bank Building in Richmond to a mixed-use housing project and the expanded
Cabell Library at Virginia Commonwealth University. Mark is a member of the
Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE). He has served on the Richmond District Executive Committee of the
Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Virginia.
