W. M. Jordan Company is providing construction management at risk services for the new mixed use development project on Hull Street in Richmond, Virginia.

Formerly the Sampson Paint Building, this project will include a nearly 200 space parking garage, 98 apartment units, a lobby, fitness area and clubhouse space.
