W. M. Jordan Company is providing Construction Management at Risk services for Riverside’s new Smithfield Medical Office Building. The project consists of a single-story MOB that include 39 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a lab, a physical therapy suite and other miscellaneous support spaces. The project is being constructed as part of a hospital campus, with the hospital currently under construction adjacent to the MOB site.
